IKITAS (Inkubator Kreasi dan Inovasi Telematika Semarang) adalah inkubator bisnis untuk pembinaan dan pengembangan usaha kreatif bidang IC yang bertujuan untuk membantu wirausahawan yang mandiri, tangguh, dan mampu bersaing secara Global di Semarang.
IKITAS didirikan pada akhir tahun 2010 oleh Mustafa yang menjabat sebagai dosen di Fakultas Teknologi Industri UNISSULA dalam rangka menjalankan program pengabdian masyarakat melalui
pembentukan komunitas.
Dengan adanya IKITAS diharapkan ke depan Kota Semarang khususnya dan Jawa Tengah pada umumnya dapat sejajar dengan kota-kota besar lain di Indonesia terkait dengan perkembangan Industri Kreatif Digital.IKITAS Semarang merupakan inkubator starup digital Semarang, tempatnya para pengusaha industri kreatif bertumbuh dan berkembang menjadi pengusaha tangguh, mandiri dan mampu bersaing.
